BARBADIAN ANIMALS: LIFE’S TILES – A FUNDRAISING EXHIBITION
October 10 @ 4:00 pm - October 24 @ 2:30 pm
We at the Gallery of Caribbean Art cordially invite you to our newest exhibition, a collaboration with Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary: BARBADIAN ANIMALS: LIFE’S TILES – A FUNDRAISING EXHIBITION FOR WORLD ANIMAL DAY!
On Saturday, 10th of October, 2026, join us as we bring together artists, animal lovers and the wider community, and commemorate World Animal Day together! Dive into incredible scenes captured by our incredible artists, exploring the personalities, behaviours and everyday lives of Barbadian creatures great and small, from the playful pup to the mischievous mongoose.
This exhibition, celebrating the animals who share our home, is a fundraiser for local animal sanctuary Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary, helping them to continue their amazing work in supporting and caring for the animals we live alongside every day.
The exhibition launches right here at the Gallery, with an Opening Reception on Saturday, 10th of October, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The show will run through the 24th of October, 2026.
We look forward to seeing you!
